PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CC structure spherical roller bearings are characterized by the use of steel stamping cages, reinforced symmetrical rolling elements and movable spacers. Generally, it can be used in common with CA structure design.
This kind of bearing can be installed on the optical shaft without shoulder, and is suitable for occasions where the bearing needs to be installed and removed frequently. In order to improve the lubricating performance of the bearing, there is an annular oil groove on the outer ring of the bearing and three evenly distributed oil holes are drilled, and the rear code is W33.
◆ The rollers are symmetrical, the inner ring has no middle rib, no end face rib, the cage is split, the material is a stamped steel frame cage, and a movable intermediate spacer is designed between the rollers.
◆ It can bear larger axial load capacity than CA structure design.
◆ The CC structure design takes up less space inside the bearing than the CA structure design. Therefore, increasing the number of rolling elements and changing the external dimensions of the rolling elements can improve the radial bearing capacity of the bearing to a certain extent, which is more bearable than the CA structure.
